Message: Speculators abandon miners - today's National Post

Don't sell because the mining sector is out of favour. Buy because you studied the bare fundamentals of a company. When you know a mining company's management, geopolitical risk, cash position, market cap, reserves and cash cost/oz, you'll be able to make a thorough and reliable judgment of that company. Forget about what speculators do. All you have to do is spread your investments across several mining companies, then hold or accumulate.

When the sector recovers (not "if"), it won't be slow & smooth. It'll shoot up, like it did some years ago.

All I'm saying is: we know better.
