Victor Diamond Mine is 170 km east as the crow flies, most likely closer to 275 km by the time a road is mapped out Has any one ever been in the area? I've fished all through the area in a 185, bit tough to build a all season road I think, or a rail line for that mater. It's airstrip and winter roads accessible only.
