Good points Rapidrob, but what you suggest as written above is the very definition of manipulation. It may be that there are those that try to hold NOT's sp to what they think it is worth, but with the news of late I think most involved in NOT believe the sp to be severely under valued and anyone using "bits of stock" to reduce momentum in the market are most certainly involved, not in trading, but in manipulation.
