Don take a look on youtube and search for the name STAN MEYERS and you will find how easy it is to produce hydrogen in large amounts with low current. He did it so well that they killed him. His patents have come due and a online University has published them for all to use. Its worth a look you will be amazed to find out the easiest way to transport hydrogen is with Oxygen, we call it water.
