It may take a while to negotiate with the Chinese, but it has several compelling advantages for NOT:
1) They have more $$ than anyone else.
2)Long term value and security is what they want, and that is what we have to sell.
3)They do not jerk around very much, similar to a BHP, they look for a win-win, and can entertain long term relationships. Most big integrated miners are very adversarial to long term relationships.
4)Ottawa and Queen's Park would likely respond quickly and favorably, realizing the Chinese would provide a very stable approach to long term production and infrastructure, as well as stability in the cyclical operation.
Mandarin anyone ??
