This is A September!

And a very particular September at that.

In addition to the very bad fiscal and monetary policy (which had to be planned) coming out of the US over the past 7 years, there is an Election approaching, and the current adminstration needs to get its play book cleaned up before the end of the Year. Then there is the Olympic's Syndrome and China closed much of it's Heavy industry down for 3-4 months to clean up the Air so all the visiors and athletes could breath only polluted air and avoid the Toxic levels that have become the Norm there over the past 10 - 15 years. Will China decide to keep all that heavy industry closed ??? Will they allow the Olympic Syndrome to hammer their Economy ???

With these matters being Matter of Fact, so to speak, if you were a big time Manipulator who prepared for this very month over two years ago, would you sit back and waite for it to pass or would you be geared up to MAX OUT on the Opportunity(s) this very month persent?
