Great job as always Canseco.

I think this conversation might ease some of the anxious people's minds today. In these market conditions, having a talk like that will definately ease the board a bit. Although I don't like the balance in my portfolio, selling did not even once for a split second cross my mind.

Man I wish I had an extra $10-20K sitting around right now. I would jump all over these prices.
