I agree with you to some extent but there are no absolutes. Each situation has to be responded to as to it's own discrete particulars. If the market were that easy to read than everyone would be rich. Releasing news when people just want to run for cover is not what will elevate the sp. I agree that we could have used an NR to boost the sp a while back but we don't know what strategies the office is having to deal with nor would an NR have done a damned thing as the TSX and Venture were selling off. It would be like offering music to the deaf. I have been reading blogs from many sources and many have accurately predicted some pretty robust haircuts coming to the market and I assume that NOT's advisors would be no less wise. Economy is as much about strategy as it is about making cogs.
