Pretty much saying what most investors in Noront believe is the case. It's also something to keep in mind when Noront states they will not try to deliniate chromite deposits at least to 43-101, or close, status.

Noront have the smarts on board and cash to work with a few other ROF companies perhaps doing some kind of jv deals BUT won't want to spread themselves too thin. Would have to be in the nature of getting everything ready for a major to step in.

Perhaps we can expect a bit of discussion from Management at the Annual Meeting about opportunities to work with or associate with other explorers in the area.
