Lor:"They basically laughed and said the world is full of chrome, that NOT's chrome discoveries weren't worth mentioning."

I question the timing of your statement as well.

And although I´m far from knowledgeable regarding mining of chromite I would like to answer this statement with a question:

why are there chromite mines around the world mining and processing this stuff when it´s not "worth mentioning", especially if there are active mines with lower grades and probably lower tonnage as well.

The world might be "full of chrome" but there are companies around the globe that are mining this stuff and selling it for a profit, so why wouldn´t the RoF companies ?

And I´m not even going down the road of being in a mining friendly and strategically "good" environment compared to the location of some other chromite mines.

Or is importing from Africa or Russia cheaper than from good ol´Canada ?
