You pose a good question- Is 43-101 a big prerequisite ? The answer is likely "It all depends on the buyer and the risk/reward he perceives from scooping a world class resource." There are many examples since the really big (successful) guys in mining ar very happy to make there own risk/reward assessments, and in fact generally prefer to deal quickly and quietly with no fanfare.But frankly, at these bargain basement prices, a BHP or Xstrata is just as likely to make a pre-empt on the whole of NOT.
