After seeing last year's tax season sell-off, I surely hope that we have already done that, as badboybill, has stated. We don't need another reason for NOT to fall furthur. And it makes sense that at least a good portion of the tax sell-offs have happened already, at these prices in the markets.

But what do I know. I'm no expert, it's just a logical assumption on my part, based on what I see , hear and read from this great NOT-Board.
