If Investor Edge is as you say, WHY are you still with them? There are some Discount Brokers who are willing to do an excellent job with Customer Service. Seems that Investor Edge are following TD Waterhouse by what you are describing. It may be time you became more forceful with them, pushing harder to have them do their jobs well, while you shop around to seek out a better Broker. And given some of the shenanigans some SPQ Shear Holders experienced when fighting the PP issue in May/June, I expect some Noront Shear Holders may well have some difficulty in registering their VOTE IN SUPPORT OF CURRENT MANAGEMENT. Thus, best you get to work on it right away. DO NOT WAIT FOR THE rosseau CIRCULAR TO ARRIVE IN THE MAIL, as it may be very late being sent out to you.
