The KEY in this for Noront Resources Management is: ONLY IF NEED BE!

No need then for a fast deal(s) ahead of the AGM.

But we still need to win the Proxy Vote, as Retail Investors, in order to MAXIMIZE our Investment in NOT.

A fast deal will be much better than having these buddies take over.

But winning the Proxy Vote is the way to MAXIMUM RETURNS.
