If they buy in now they can't vote. They had to hold the shares as of September 22 or 23 (forgot which day). Any shares purchased after that day are not included in this vote. That's the way I understand it. So no they wouldn't be helping us or Rosseau at this point in time if they purchased a large number of shares of NOT.
