It would be nice to think that we could have something almost of a win win result, though many would not accept your Rosseau price points as acceptable. Rosseau is less likely to wait and take a chance on NOT sp growth and would likely consider getting out of the market as quickly as they can into cash, thereby putting them in a position to, firstly wait for the market to suffer the expected ultimate waterfall, and then to buy back in at prices that would likely dwarf what NOT will return as the market repairs. You may be totally correct in your assumptions, but I don't want to be forced to have to gamble on the one side of your equation.
