Got the call this morning, disagreed firmly with the lady several times but let her tell me the whole story at the end she told me " it looks your mind is already made up but read our proxy anyway". Before hanging up I told her that they are fighting uphill battle with their nominees against Mr. Nemis with a reputation of a honest man and a qualified team around him. vila
