When there is a proxy war with a date of record, all the shareholders of record are sent to Noront as they are a public company and if you own shares in a public company, your information is accessible to them.

How Rosseau got a hold of the list I am not sure but there must exist a mechanism for them to do this or they would expose themselves to privacy issues and those guys are too smart for that...or are they too greedy and simply think they can get away it? The risk being worth it in this case? Do we have a lawyer who can check on this? I will be talking to the office and will try to find out.
