It seems very strange indeed that any 'independant' would be handing out this kind of advice. Why would they do this without someone PAYING for it.

My strong suspicion is that Rosseau asked one of the other 'parties' to their attack on Noront to pay for this so called report. Smells something terrible.

This is certainly something that the TSX should looking into.
