I would suggest you reconsider and revote your shares for current Noront Management and BOD nominies.

You stated. "I have no answers only many questions."

If you do read this forum you will find that Rosseau gives reasons for their seeking control with most being easily refuted and others a matter of opinion. What you do not see is any concise plan to improve Noront's position or share price. You also see a weaker slate proposed for BOD.

*You also clearly see one investor who is NOT prepared to accept a generous compromise.

If you are indeed a serious long term investor in Noront and would like to see maximum gain from investment then now is certainly not the time to switch horses.
