djmac, you ask, "what happened during the last 9 months between the larger shareholders and Nemis to cause an internal fight ?. "
How about the price dropping and putting Rosseau's investment into the negative. If Rosseu was part of the Feb 4th announced PP then they bought in at $4. Since that time NOT's shares went to $7.42 on Feb 29th.
The question is why did this happen? I believe based on Rosseau's own proxy the answer is clear in his mind. Rosseau wanted NOT to aggressively drill the McFaulds Lake area like NOT had no other business projects on the go. They wanted NOT to shut down Windfall, lay off employee's and breach their contracts in Qubec so that Rosseau could have maximised in the short term(before the end of this year) by having NOT spend every single penny into the Mc Faulds area. Because NOT did not find a rich E1 like deposit in every drill hole they did this is suppose to be Nemis's fault. It is like Rosseau held Nemis out like a diety and Nemis would be able to place that rich nickel ore in front of the drill bit.
Let's remember what happened on this very board. After the announcement of E2 there was less news about Nickel/copper and PGM's and alot of talk about Chromite. Now Richard and crew got excited about the chromite and regardless about how much they told us how big it was in lenght and richness, regardless that this same resource was being found in SPQ/KWG and FWR sites, some one was shorting our stock down slowly trying to tell us the market did not care. How do I know this follow the shorting patterns vs trading volumes, and we had enough bashers telling us the market did not care about chromite.
Well guess what happened ,
