Before you do I suggest to contact your banks call centre and ask them to inquire with their compliance department. They should be able to inform you who their corresponding Canadian bank/broker contact is and offer their assistance to follow up. Georgeson can certainly assist if they can determine who the Canadian bank/broker is - it’s just a matter of connecting the dots. helium
