A number of people have stated the above or something similiar to this over and over today. The implication being that wedon't have to worry. Well this depends on who wins the vote. As has been pointed out by others, if Rosseau wins, he may dilute the stock, or sell cheap to a major etc and, we lose. So please stop saying, don't worry its in the ground, it may be in the ground but our entitlelment to it is being threatened as we speak. Once present board is re-elected I think this statement will have validity.
