I agree whole heartly, the news that came out was very positive, and was released at a time that was intended to influence this Proxy vote in current managements favor. I'm surprised the stock price was not up more this past week due to the news we did receive. Once the uncertainty in the current vote is gone, no matter which why it goes, it will add at least a knowledge of what we are dealing with and the SP should rise.
