The NOT Management Director Nominees are not going to be flunkies to rosseau. Rather, with their backgrounds and extensive experience rosseau will "YES MASTER" to thses Directors. rosseau's nominees just DO NOT HAVE ANY WORTHWHILE experience in the REAL WORLD OF MINING!

So, we are in much better position now than if rosseau managed to pull off their scam.

Now we muct keep a very very close eye on the future going on and seek advance indication of EXACTLY WHERE this new Richard Nemis advised Board will be moving the Company. There are a good many JV's they will need very much assistance in learning the internal arrangements with respect to among many other items of the most importance, and there needs to be a good transition in place.

But for now, AT LRAST WE KNOW rosseau FAILED and have plenty of learning to do if they want to survive and be kept around!
