Doing a PP, if one is finally deemed to be needed, WILL NOT HAPPEN UNTILL FEBRUARY 2009, AT THE EARLIEST. March would be much better, but again, ONLY IF NEEDED!

AND the PP (if one is done) will not and should not go to any party directly NAMED by rosseau in their bid to take over this company. To do so would be a CLEAR CONFLICT OF INTEREST! And as such would be answerable for in any Court of Law!!!

Thus, if dilutive, such a PP would and should NOT cause any further consentration in Ownership!!!
