Glorieux, i agree with your thoughts on funding,with the current market malaise, it would be most difficult to secure necessary funds for ongoing operations, however should a shareholders consortium ( yet to be formed) provide seed monies as a primer, perhaps the honorable Micheal Gravelle( Ontario Minister of Mines), the honorable Richard Nuefeld (BC Minister of Energy, Mines, and Petrolem Resources, and the remaining Ministers across the country would be open to discussion, the formation of a Chamber could also encompass our aboriginal stakeholders as well.

Like many others at this time, I have limited funding but would be more than happy to contribute to said primer, I'am sure most here would.
