Excellent post Sum4All. I have never been this bad off financially since I was in university 20 odd years ago. If I sell now my 20 years of finances has gone up into the stronger hands. It is nasty for sure to look at my net worth at this point. However, I do know that emotions will kill everytime. Slow and steady in the midst of the blizzard we are facing. It is a matter of tucking one's chin in the forward shoulder as we march on through the gale.
