I can't say that this is what they will do, but based on ARU and their quick PP I'd say they are looking to move very quickly to make profit. I don't think they are interested in holding long on their investment and watching their principal drop to the basement
My take is a little different:
They sold ARU after a 4 way split or an equivalent of $20.00 / share, not $4.00/share.
ARU had (ecuador mining still has!) serious politcal threates on her back.
Also, based on what we appear to have here, I would say $4.00/share was just the beginning. In fact, at that point in time, when we hit $4.00, momentum will be with us and we should be moving up pretty fast. Not sure where they would find something 'better'.
And I don't understand the idea of their principal dropping to the basement.. is that where we are headed in the long run?
