I agree that this PP may have been prudent, the headlines this week have been dismal, layoffs and corporate losses everywhere. When you consider that most americans were living paycheck to paycheck 2 years ago, now had any equity they did have destroyed by falling real estate prices and stock markets and now these same americans are getting laid off by 10s of thousands...things are looking bleak and when everything settles in we may be worse off then people realize. So getting financing, even at .80$ for 20M dollars for a 20% dilution may in hindsight be a great move. In any case, we hedged our bets and this makes our investment safer.
