I had read and was aware of your post of Nov. 12. I didn't agree with it then because I don't believe the 30% figure you used included McEwan and Lassond shares: they add another apprx. 10% for a total of apprx. 40% of 130M or 52M shares.

52M+25M shares= 67/155 =49.68% of shares outstanding.

I rounded to 50%.

I stand to be corrected if what I understood to be correct during the proxy battle and a couple of conversations I had at the AGM with fellow posters.
