Good Morning Poly, you are not confused, in fact your bang on with respect to the ghost bridge between Eagle One and FNC western border, as Don said, we did punch 2 shallow feeliers if you like into FNC 1-2 to test the connection between it and Eagle One. Why at the time managements decision on these holes was to merely scratch the surface i don't know the answer too, perhaps this was postured corporate positionsing in light of the JV Rumors etc at the time. I also don't beleive that we actually drilled the "bridge" per say, we drilled the anomally, in fact i don't think that to date Noront has drilled any of the theorized "ghost bridges". Hopefully we gleened important geophysical information from downhole surveys of these 2 holes, thereby possibly enlightening the bridged connection on survey paper.

This "Ghost Bridge" theory is an earyl one and that of Neil Novaks, that Eagle One and all the other lettered anomallys are all linked to each other via these "Ghost Bridges", which a few members of this forum have personally seen on maps, and have posted as such, maps i'am sure alot of us have not seen and probalbly never will. What Not has to do is prove up this theory of Mr. Novaks by backtracking with deep drilling the mineralization as, imho, there exists the real possiblity that potentially one or more of them could essentially be the main feed to the immediate area. If we can prove up a link between Eagle One and Eagle Two, wow, hello tonnage over 2 and a half clicks.

There was an octopus description of the geology going around for awhile before the elephant description made it to the board, not sure which poster first coined it but I think it was QQ, correct me if i'am wrong here, it's stuck ever since and it's a very appropriate term given the geology as Mungall describes it.

I've got my own picture of the elephants, that of a massive central core at deep depths with numerous elephants, stuck to the core on thier backs, legs in air, some closer to surface than others. Each elephant, a freak in its own right, has a varitable snakes nest of multible trunks stretching and reaching for the surface. Ok, laughing at myself now.

Regards
