From information contained and broadcast by the CBC on November 23, 2008, in my opinion, it is painfully apparent that the OSC has in the past and continues to be negligent in the OSC’s mandate which is to provide protection to investors from unfair, improper and fraudulent practices, with emphasis on a proactive eradication of "naked short selling" in all Canadian exchanges.

Great draft...others may not want this in. It's just my biggest beef so I'd want them to be sure I take vehement exception to the practise, which is funny enough already illegal if I'm not mistaken. So......why haven't more been caught and hung to dry.....

One other small thing. My last post I stated the SEC but I actually meant the OSC (damn I keep confusing all the dang abbreviations). Its that age thing...and a good stiff knock on the head thanks to someone slamming into me head on in my car 10 years ago. The remnants of the damage never seems to leave :(

We need to make this a plea for everyone, therefore I would think it prudent to scout around a few of the other forums and place it there for comment once we have a final draft in place. Again just my supportive suggestion.
