Remember that this is a flow through so you will get a tax benefit of roughly 0.37 by purchasing these shares (46% tax bracket). That means on your 0.80 investment the net cost to an investor in the highest tax bracket is actually 0.43. If you're in the highest bracket, it definitely makes a whole lot of sense to buy the PP.
