I would reiterate my previous concerns as to whether they will complete this PP at the suggested price. The confirmation will come when/if they close the first tranche of,say, 13/15 mill @.80 similar to what SPQ has done. This will freeze the SP at the. 80 figure. They could then close it off and do another at a lower price similar to what FNC did, if they felt they needed more money.

Whichever route they choose will give us a pretty good indication of the mettle of the new BOD going forward. Either they are for the company and it's shareholders or they are for themselves and their buddies.
