Could it be possible, as some shareholders have mentioned, that Windfall is actually a HUGE winner, and before they proceed further they want the market and SP to recover so it's not taken over if they were to continue work on it and announce a huge find???? let the market recover, let the share price move up, then start working on it, so when the big windfall news is announced the sp is already over the $10 and then it flies - is this wishful thinking or a strong possibility....or just a chance?
