How very true, Sum. If I read things right, they have a short list, with someone at the top of that list. He (she) does have other commitments, short term and is determining how best to handle these before agreeing to join NOT board. If, as they say, this person has experience dealing with chrome, as well as bringing a company to development stage, I would imagine this is a very short list indeed.
This individual will no doubt bring a large following with him,as investors, as he would be prominent in the mining business.
I believe it was also mentioned that the present board has taken the position of leaving the status quo, so as not to disrupt anything until such time as this individual takes the reins.
The above two factors should allow us to look forward with great anticipation to the arrival of this new CEO, as it will be the kicking off point of a lot of pieces of this puzzle starting to fall into place. It also goes a long way towards explaining their tendance to downplay things as they will want this person to have clear sailing once he(she) arrives.
