When I'm told face-to-face by the IR person that one of the CEOs is a-retentive with regards to communications, then I wonder who wants to communicate and who doesn't. I sense that you might be quite correct when you write "frustrations being vented toward the IR people may be mis-directed."

But then again, I don't think my opinion (or anyone else in this forum) matters one iota to this Noront BOD, and things are what they are. Investor activism, through actions like proxy fights - unfortunately - is where most often we are heard. And as we have seen, it works.
