Hi RR

The U.S. Stock Exchange Commission is finally under heavy scrutiny by Congress for not doing its job effectively. Naked short selling, the non enforcement of the "uptick" rule has decimated many fine companies, even the largest (Lehman).

I've thougt for a long time that NOT's stock has been terribly manipulated by the Hedge Funds and institutions, and I wrote a letter to your OSC. I received a routine form reply of no note.

Do you think the U.S. investigation of the SEC ,and broad "naked "short sellling in the markets, might spur similar invesigations by your Canadian Regulators? It would be nice if they seriously looked into the illegal trading in some of the Juniors i.e. NOT! I sure hope so!
