at the moment you can't beat them.

0.68 bids are many. if you buy into the ask, it will be filled, but not by RJ. the then following 500 share sell will most likely be from RJ, but you are not in line to take advantage.

you would have to do the same as them, placing orders all the time to be at the top.

RJ doesnt even show up on L2 - they dont need to be in line, they just sell into the bid.
