Hey d12....good post and good points. A couple of thoughts come up.....firstly, for myself, this so called 'revolt' is NOT about Agoracom per se, just as the American revolution was NOT just about tea. I certainly knew Agoracom's days were numbered. No surprise there. The surprise is the complete lack of class by NOT in their manners....indicating an emotional response and a lack of respect. In otherwords...very UN-businesslike and unprofessional.

Secondly, this, to me, seems like a very loud message from the NOT board. This sums up ALL the little messages from them to us....hiding assays, mis-information re assays, won't show us proof for decisions.....windfall comes to mind, the COMPLETE separation of retail from any information, that would help us understand what our hard earned money is really being used for. They keep their plans to themselves. The lining of their own pockets before Nemis's chair had cooled down, speaks to many of lowering their cost per share, then run it a bit and off it to a major for peanuts. (AUR) same people, same M.O.

Let's face facts here.....the shareholders of NOT have never trusted this board....at best, most have been painfully trying to give them the benefit of the doubt....like Obama's first '100 days'.

I feel the dumping of Agoracom is meant to cut out the tongue of retail....we scared them and Agoracom was instumental in that.

I am NOT for a 'revolt'....just yet.....your points are well taken.....a lot is at risk, for us and for them. I am all for getting a plan in place...get the groundwork done. Let the BOD see very clearly that we have reached out limit....and are ready to act.

I am NOT scared for my investment if we go to battle.....I would be scared to look in the mirror ,if I failed to act when EVERY sign post on this journey has been a warning.
