D, I'm not sure where you get your info from but nobody is looking to turn the Noront BoD into a buddies club. IF a new BoD was to be voted in, it would consist of proven industry professionals that respect the meaning of shareholders and operate in an open matter.

If this is the basis of your concern, then you need to re-consider.
