I agree. Therefore if you have incurred damages or recognize that a crime has been committed, it behooves you to take the appropriate legal actions. What has been alleged is nothing that doesn't take place thousands of times a day with and without the knowledge of innocent and well meaning participants on blog sites across the globe. We know it goes on. Pump and dump activities are household words in the finance world though I'm not advocating a turn a blind eye attitude. The question is, what is the point of going over and over these issues on this board. I can't imagine how everyone doesn't know about it by now. The amount of verbiage spent on it to date can only at this point be considered an attack to further soil the reputation of Ag and therefore could be considered vindictive to say the least possibly resulting in it's own set of legal complications. I do not support the alleged activities perpetrated by anyone and if laws have been broken they need to be addressed using the proper channels if they haven't been implemented already.
