Noront seems to want all the land back & makes sence now why they were not willing to talk with or do any buisness with JV'S .

Get all the land we can & drill the heck out of it as fast as we can .

The bigger the property the more money u get for it , also makes it easier to get financing the more u have .

Maybe they plan on buying more property as well in the future like BMK for example .

This Mcfaulds property is worth a fourtune & the more u get the more u will make when u sell out to a Major or if u plan to mine it yourself .

MORE land is better i say , they may have already been told to get all your land back before we do a deal .
