All speculating aside, we can be assured that there is nothing happening with UC. Voisin would not be that stupid. If he had any serious contacts with Cliffs, or was privy to other meetings that Cliffs was involved in, and was accumulating during that time, he would be leaving himself wide open to spend some time in the same place Martha Stewart did. In my opinion, just the fact that he is accumulating means that he has no information other than what is public knowledge (Officially at least).

Noront's movements over the last couple of days shows a classic leak. Someone did a beautiful job of drawing in a bunch of buyers, and just before the news came out they dumped all they had, and walked away chuckling to themselves.
