Thanks Q...I see this agreement as a positve step for NOT management,BOD and SHAREHOLDERS...Why go through the bother of getting this agreement if your plans are to flip NOT at the earliest opportune moment??This agreement would be necessary if your plans are to hang around for a while..Looks like the BOD of directors is doing more than just sitting on their hands...Getting all of their ducks in a row..Just my thoughts..Regards..R R
