It's hard to imagine a BOD selling a company for much less than it is worth except in a case of financial desperation. There is of course another reason but I wouldn't like to go there, so I'll imagine that NOT and FWR will do what is right for all holders given that it's close to a no-brainer that there is a veritable treasure underground and will be for a long time to come.
