For both the retail investor and the corporate mining giant (e.g., Cliffs), we will want a good return on investment from Noront and other juniors in the ROF in which we have invested.

The difference probably is in how quickly 'we' want that good return. For me (a retail investor), a great ROI tomorrow would be delightful. For the mining giant, however, they're probably looking at next year; in fact, more probably, for the next twenty plus years.

The left brain of the retail investor and the corporate mining giant are different when we see the potential of that 'veritable treasure'. The retail investor looks at it from a 'one-arm bandit' point of view; the mining giant plays a different game - something like Monopoly.
