I am going to disagree with you,Don. You have to bet that the exchange has had an "exchange" with the company on this matter. They would be openly remiss if they haven't. They would get one of 3 replies. If there was no news, they would force the company to make a public statement to that effect. If there was bad news, they would also force the same announcement. However if there was news that was important enough to hold for some reason for a short term, they may allow something like this to occur.
