Under 5 dollars is considered a penny stock. Margin rules are different and most mutal funds can't touch them.

as I said in my last answer to you post regarding NOT being a penny stock, which you say is everything below $5:

"And "penny stocks" (this will be no "penny stock" anymore soon) shouldn´t be allowed do that either."

So nothing changed, my quote meant exactly that !
